Michael Pollan Interview on Bioneers

There’s an interesting interview posted here on Bioneers with Michael Pollan, US food journalist and activist.

Quoting the Bioneers introduction:

While not everyone agrees with Pollan’s mode of presentation, his work raising awareness of the destructiveness of industrial agriculture and of the potentials of local food systems has been very significant.
