The interview stage of the research project is now over. I have completed a series of interviews with a range of people involved in alternative/local food projects in Fife, who have been very helpful and enthusiastic.
I will leave this page here, with copies of the information sheet and consent form available for download below.
As I move through the concluding stages of the project this summer, I will post links to the project report here.

All participants will be asked to sign a copy of the consent form to demonstrate that they agree to participate in the research. This is a requirement of any research carried out at the University of Edinburgh.
